Questions about earning:

Stores give us a commission when you shop through our portal. We pass most of this commission on to you as cash back and allow you to keep it for yourself or donate it to one of our partner nonprofits at a higher rate.

Simply click the store links on our website to visit our partner stores, then shop like normal. Cash back will automatically be added to your account, typically within 2-3 business days.

This varies by store – you can reference the specific terms on the store’s page of our site for details. Generally any percent back offers are calculated on your order’s subtotal. So if we are offering 10% cash back at a store, you would earn $10 back on a purchase of $100 (excluding taxes and fees).

It varies by store, but you should generally receive an email notifying you about your cash back within 3 days. Please fill out our contact form if it has been more than 10 business days since your purchase and you haven’t been notified.

The cash back credits will be deducted from your account.

Redeeming cash back:

There are some exceptions, but generally each dollar of cash back earned on our site is worth one dollar if you keep it for yourself or worth $2 if you donate it to one of our partner nonprofits.

You need to have at least $20 in your account to redeem – that’s worth $20 cash back or $40 if you choose to donate! Head to the “Earnings” tab of your account to submit a withdrawal.

Visit the “Earnings” tab under your account menu to withdraw your cash back using PayPal or to donate it to a nonprofit.

While some charitable contributions are tax deductible, AllGives is unable to provide tax advice or determine if your contributions through our service are tax deductible. Please consult with a tax professional or accountant for any tax related questions.

We tend to offer 5-10 nonprofit donation options at a time. You can see the current list here. When a user cashes out via PayPal, we donate $1 for every $10 redeemed to a nonprofit of our choice, typically one of these featured partners.

How to use the site:

Yes! Get the new iOS app and add our browser extension to Chrome or Edge on your computer to get notified whenever there’s a deal you can activate.

Yes! There are five simple rules to follow:

  1. Make sure you verified your email using the link we sent when you signed up.
  2. If you’re shopping on a computer, we work best on the Chrome and Edge browsers.
  3. Review the specific terms on each store’s page on our site before you shop.
  4. Don’t leave the store’s site between clicking our link and making a purchase.
  5. Ensure you don’t use privacy or ad block extensions.

No, we are a strictly online shopping platform for now, though we may update this in the future.

If you found them on the store’s site itself then often times yes. However, we cannot guarantee you will earn cash back properly.

About AllGives:

We use a fraction of the commissions we receive to offset our overhead costs. However, our main goal is to support nonprofits and their impactful work, so the amount we keep is much lower than many other shopping portals.

Fundraising with AllGives:

Donations are calculated and disbursed 6-8 weeks after the end of each quarter. For organizations with up to $1000 of quarterly donations earned, payment will be made via your nonprofit’s website. For organzations with over $1000 in donations earned, our team will reach out to confirm the desired disbursement method.

Your organization can get donations in two ways:

1. AllGives will match any earnings our shoppers choose to donate directly to your organization. For example, if a shopper earns $20 back on a recent purchase and chooses to donate it to your organization, we would add $20 to their donation for a total of $40 donated to your organization.

 2. When a shopper withdraws their earnings for themselves as cash back, AllGives will donate $1 for every $10 they redeem to a nonprofit of our choice. For example, if a shopper earns $20 back on a recent purchase and withdraws it as cash back, they would receive $20 and we would donate $2 to one of our featured nonprofits.

AllGives is a free, easy way for your supporters to raise donations for your cause. You can improve your fundraising capabilities by increasing awareness and asking your supporters to shop using AllGives:


  1. Mention us on your website, typically under a section called “Ways to Give” or “Other Ways to Donate”.
  2. Highlight us on your social media and email newsletters as an easy, impactful way to support your organization.
  3. Create fundraising goals and keep your supporters updated about your progress and their impact.

AmazonSmile was discontinued in 2023, and no longer donates to your nonprofit. AllGives was founded as a new and improved alternative to the AmazonSmile program, and we encourage you to update your website to reflect this this change.
